Careers 100% Disabled led Team Remote First

Meet the disabled-led team
building inclusive brands worldwide.

We blend creative, technical and strategic support for businesses that care about accessibility, human-centred strategy and doing work the right way – not the rushed way.

Born from frustration with inaccessible corporate culture, Inkfire reimagines what an agency looks like when disabled people lead from the centre — not the sidelines.

Why Inkfire

The benefits of working at Inkfire

A different kind of agency culture. Built around access, creativity, and people doing their best work when they are properly supported.

Built Around People, Not Pressure

Work is designed around real humans. Health, access needs, capacity, and communication all shape how we work together.

Remote-First Flexibility

Home, hybrid, or wherever you focus best. What matters is the work and the support behind it, not the postcode.

Disabled-Led Culture

Accessibility is built into everything we do. Our lived experience shapes the way we design systems, teams, and client work.

Purposeful Client Work

We partner with organisations that want to do things properly. Strategy, accessibility, design, and technology work together.

Creative Freedom

Ideas are encouraged, not buried. Team members shape projects and contribute their perspective.

The Right Tools

Thoughtful systems and good technology remove friction so the team can focus on doing great work.

Sustainable Growth

Progress without burnout. We prioritise long-term wellbeing and skill development.

About Inkfire

Inkfire is a remote-first, disability-led creative and digital team. We build accessible, thoughtful work for organisations that care about people as much as outcomes, and we want this placement to feel genuinely developmental rather than like free labour disguised as a role.

Role Overview

You will help shape website concepts, page layouts, and accessible content journeys while working with a supportive team that explains the why behind each project.

Everything in this role is delivered remotely. We use async updates, recorded walkthroughs, and structured check-ins so the role stays flexible without leaving anyone isolated.

Why This Role Exists

We want to create a realistic route back into paid digital work for talented people who have had their career disrupted by disability, caregiving, health, or life changes.

Ideal for

People returning to work, career changers, disabled creatives, and anyone rebuilding confidence after a gap in employment.
