Meet the disabled-led team
building inclusive brands worldwide.

We blend creative, technical and strategic support for businesses that care about accessibility, human-centred strategy and doing work the right way – not the rushed way.

Born from frustration with inaccessible corporate culture, Inkfire reimagines what an agency looks like when disabled people lead from the centre — not the sidelines.

Remote-only: Breaking barriers, building access

Traditional offices aren't just inconvenient for disabled people, they're exclusionary by design. Commutes that aggravate chronic pain. Open plans that overwhelm sensory processing. Rigid hours that ignore fluctuating energy levels.

Inkfire exists entirely online because that's how you build a workplace that actually works. Our team spans communities across the UK because geography should never determine who gets to contribute.

No physical barriers Work from the environment you've already adapted to your needs
Health-responsive schedules Flare-ups and hospital appointments don't derail productivity
Systems that expect variation Async workflows and clear documentation, not heroics
